I'm working for Univerty of Montreal and we are currently
working on implementing xntp on our network.

We are connected to NYSERnet via University of Toronto
and to JNVC.

I would like, if possible, to have the address of 6 stratum level 1 
or 2 to synchronize our clock.

I would also line to have the email address of the person
responsable for the ntp server at those address.

I already have read the list clock.txt. IN the meantime,
I'll pick up 6 stratums with open access.
