Does anyone have information about test estimation tools (other than 
CHECKPOINT and COCOMO).  I am interested in tools that estimate system 
testing resources and give estimates about remaining defects.

Specifically, has anyone implemented the programs discussed in 
chapter 5 of Musa, Iannino, and Okumoto's book on "Software 
Reliability: Measurement, Prediction, Application." McGraw-Hill, 
1987.  I would appreciate information of how I can (legally) obtain
copies of such programs.
