I ran across it a year or two ago, on one of Stanford's machines.
I'm afraid I don't recall the name of the machine, sorry, but at least
that pins it down a little. It was a machine that had, as I recall,
very very little on it, not one stuffed to the gills with junk.

Note that the source is, of course, written in MicroPlanner (having
read Winograd's book, of course you'd know that ;-)  Hope that doesn't
dampen your enthusiasm!
