Dear Netters,
	   I have a problem that nobody seems to be able or can clean
up for me, properly. What I am looking for is some source, anything will
do that will read in any format image file but preferably TIFF/BMP/PCX
and produce a bitmap binary file with no header information only the 
1/0's corresponding to the image as would be seen by the naked eye. I 
need access to the PIXEL BY PIXEL image as I am presently working on a 
neural network script recognition problem. Any help will be greatly 
appreciated.
