I just noticed your address.  I just moved back from Ottawa about two
years ago!  I was programming for a company out there, and after it
dissolved, I moved back to Regina, but my roommate and another friend
stayed in Ottawa and now work for the DOD.  I know it's a long shot,
but I was wondering if you knew either of them?  Once is John White, and
the other is Andras Kovacs.  They both program (databases, I think) for
the DOD.
 
If you knew them, it would be a convenient way to make a safe deal!
