I've managed to get my hands on a drive from an A1000.   Now  I'm
trying  to  get  itto  work as a second drive on my A2000.  I can
plug it in, and boot up, but I can't get  anything  to  recognize
the  second  drive.   I tried duplicating the mountlist entry for
df2: as df1:, but that didn't work either (it just made df0: into
df1:  as  well).  I'm not sure of the make of the drive, but here
are the jumper settings I'm using:

Anybody have any ideas?
