Now I wish to connect another harddisk (20 Mb Seagate SCSI) to the controller. This requires a 25-50 pins cable. I made one based on the pinouts of the GVP controller and the harddisk. This cable, however, did not work. I did set the SCSI ID correctly. The GVP manual (leaflet) stated that a "resistor packet" was required. My questions are: - Does anyone know what a resistor packet is, and where to get one ? - Where is it possible to buy a 25-50 pin SCSI cable ? My harddisk is filled to its limit, and I need help.
