It sounds really wonderful, but it unfortunately only works on the 2000s and up. With a cable modification it will work on the 1000. I've got an article here about how to adapt a 2000's keyboard for use on the 500. Basically it's a cable modification and a transitor. The question before the jury is, will the Northgate keyboard work on a 500 if you build it a new cable? Is the transistor required to get reset to work?
