This is basically a repost from last June: I had to make my own VI500-to-SVHS adapter by halving an SVHS-to-SVHS patch cord and connecting its wires to a pair of RCA Phono plugs. Here are the specs as determined from the patch-cord package and the schematics of my TV. It has worked for more than a year on my Amiga 500 with a (CMI?) VI-500 video adapter that has separate Chroma and Luminance phono jacks. S-VHS DIN plug RCA PHONO plugs (end view, mirror of socket) (side view) ..... .... .... .'' ``.
