Please forgive my stupidity, but how the heck do you get Manx 5.0d to use the
2.0 Includes? I get all sorts of errors when I '#include <stdio.h>'. Tech
support at Manx said that 5.0d can use the Developer 2.0 Includes. Is this
incorrect?
