Subject: Toaster `C' libraries

Does anyone know if NewTek is intending on bring out C libraries for the Video
Toaster?

If they are, you do have to be a Registered Developer??
and do they give discounts to students?? (hope hope hope!! 8)

I'm writing my thesis on the Amiga, and I would like to use the features that
are avaible on the Toaster.
My thesis is based on writing a 3D animator/modeler using CLIPS
(an AI language) as the motion description language.
