I think the program was written in Germany, and had the problem of flickering badly. I had a copy of it lying around somewhere, but it seems to have vanished. I believe it used the hi-bit pixel shift effect and page flipping to achieve a DHR effect for 80 column text, but did not work while text was scrolling, and looked bad on a color monitor.
