As well as a FTP address for the archive (if existing). At atari.archive.umich.edu (141.211.164.8) you can find what you need. Get the file lharc.arc from the directory /atari/archivers. If you also want a decent GEM shell for all the relevant archivers (Zoo, Arc, LHarc) get the file arcgsh31 from the directory /atari/Binaries/volume12.
