We would like to connect an outgoing modem to a slave port on an Annex.  In
order to prevent everybody on the Internet from making telephone calls with
our modem, it seems like a good idea to enable security.

Once security is enabled, however, rtelnet can't connect to the port, because
it doesn't know how to give a password.  Has anybody made the necessary
changes to rtelnet to do this?
