I was one of those lucky people. I bought my 48 on Sept. 3 and still have not received my card. I called HP on Nov. 16 and talked to Sandra Thomas at 503-222-3909 and asked why. I was told that I was not in their system that maybe I hadn't sent the information in. (Right!!) They are blaming the mail system and won`t take any responsibility for the mess-up. They will "consider" sending you a card if you send them another copy of your receipt and the serial number from your HP in a letter explaining your circumstances. Send the Letter to: Attn. Sandra Thomas 1400 N.W. 15th Ave. Portland, OR 97209 sorry, insert "Direct Mail Projects" after the attn. line. I wish you luck in getting your card , please wish me luck also.
