The latest one is with the 30 MEG Harddrive. I am still running the original one with its controller. It's in a '286 Portable. Last time I moved the system (without PREPARE SYS FOR RELOCATION) I gave it quite a shock. The hardware components appear intact (It boots and runs from Drive A fine) but at boot up, the hard drive spins normally at first and then begins to spin very fast and loosely. Do I need to realign the head? If so how is it done? I really appreciate any input. My Sincere Thanks Jake 2flncamber@kuhub.cc.ukans.edu
