When I try to boot the machine I get a 1701 error. The book I have says that it is a Fixed disk POST error. I ran the diag program from disk manager and it says that it is a a controller error. I know the controller works because I tried a Segate 225 drive and it works with the controller. Does anyone have any suggestions or know if the drive can be fixed. Thanks in advance. Tom
