Unfortunately, if you only have the normal screen font installed, then you will not be able to pick a "true" bold or italic variant for the font choosen. This is no big deal for the screen but you will be printing a "faked" italic not a true italic font as you have no way to choose the true italic font. On the imagewriter this is no big deal, but on the LaserWriter, I can see a decided difference.
