You could use one of those spoiler >dealies, a ^ in the 1st column and a L in the second column (or is that a >control-L?). I have found through long-time use of these news.groups that some sites do not handle the control-L's at all, thus the reader would be inadvertently exposed to a "cheat-key" method he or she did not wish to know about to begin with. Besides, I haven't actually been deluged with mail for this. >Also, is 2.21 the next version after 2.0? Whether or not it's the next consecutive upgrade, I can't say (maybe someone else on the net upgrades often enough to know?) I would assume that you received your 2.0 after *recently* purchasing 1.0. There are instances where companies will do this if they receive your registration card within a certain "grace-period" to a new release - keeps the customers happy and you don't feel ripped off purchasing what would then be considered obsolite. As to notifying, I guess that's up to the companies themselves. Staying tuned into this group usually helps. But I would much rather prefer a company which charges me only a $3 shipping fee than one that notifies me of an update that they will *sell* me for $28. For this, I applaud Spectrum Holobyte (and I guess the parent company Sphere). Just send your second disk along with $3 (US) to the address in your manual. Mark on the envelope package FALCON MAC. Then just sit back and wait expectantly by the mailbox like I did. :) > mike gleason --- +---+---+---+---+---+---+---+---+---+---+---+---+---+---+---+---+---+---+---+ | Major D.J.
