SIMM Sockets can be purchased from Digi-Key at 800-344-4539.  The
sockets come in many flavors so you will have to talk to sales.

Has anybody tried soft solutions?  The folks who sell video board
repair kits.  Maybe they have them too.  Sorry, I do not have their
number.
