Lines: 26 May I suggest that we start a HyperCard Trivia subject thread for the amusement of HyperCard 2.0 and 1.x users? I submit the following, pleading ignorance if it has already been documented in Goodman's book, or other sources. Triviata #1: About HyperCard... (2.0) When choosen without modifiers, the About HyperCard... menu item displays the randomly chosen name of a member of the development team. When choosen while holding the Command key, the About HyperCard... item displays the name our hero, Kevin Calhoun. Not to be outdone, you too can have *your* name in lights! Choose About HyperCard... while depressing the Option key, and voila, the Chooser name appears! Another, non-trivial, question deserving another subject line. I have succeeded in creating a card 1280x1280 by boosting HyperCard's memory partition to 4096K. I then put the partition size back to 2MB, and reloaded the 1280x1280 stack. It displayed, (or seemed to), but the "resize" button was dimmed in the Stack Info dialog. Anyone care to explain this? What is the max card size? - David Mittman DMittman@Beowulf.JPL.NASA.GOV
