You might like to check out an init called - er - Public Folder by Claris which I believe has now been released into the public domain. I have never used it before but I think it just lets people drop stuff into a specific folder and then anyone else on the network can access it. If you have access to ftp or bulletin boards in England then you should not have too much trouble finding it - otherwise mail me and I shall see if I can help.
