(Is this possible in 3.0? I haven't used that yet.) You can use the '>' and '<' keys to go up and down any structure traversal in the expanded view pane (of LightsBug). That is, if you expand a field in a structure by double-clicking it, you can get back to the original structure by using '<'. At that point, you can use '>' to go back down to that field. This works in both 3.0 and 2.0.
