I cannot answer your question exactly, but this might help too: -Although I don't know whether System 7 will support swap files on removables, I do know that Virtual (Virtual Memory Manager by Connectix) can do this already. -A few days ago I read on the net that Apple promised to support Virtual as an alternative to its own VMM under System 7. So what you want should be possible. I suggest you ask Connectix and Apple for details. :-) Thomas.
