Seems that when i access the Control Panel "General" and view the time in 12hr mode it appears as: 03:43:32 PM ^ they quirk being the leading zero (0). I have tried in vein to play games to get it to drop this zero but to no avail. I figure I've got to zap my PRAM or edit the setting with some utility. Any tips here appreciated since i don't know they best way to solve this. Happened to any of you before? .....................................
