How may I add an icon to a *.app directory that doesn't have one?
For example, /NextApps/Mathematica.app has an icon associated with it
(the cube with the funky 3-d start inside).  However, if I take an
abitrary NeXTStep application that has an icon (such as Robots) and
stick it in a directory named /LocalApps/Robots.app, then Robots.app
doesn't have a unique icon even though Robots itself does.  Yet,
when I double click on the Robots.app directory, the Robots application
is executed...
