We have a new problem with IRIX 3.3.1 when FTPing to a VAX/VMS system
running the CMU public domain Telnet/FTP pkg.  The connection hangs if
the first FTP command issued is a cd.  (It works fine from other systems,
with IRIX 3.2, or if some other command is issued first.)

Any suggestions appreciated.
