I'm getting ready to purchase an auxilary harddisk and tape system for a
small network of IPCs, I've seen some attractive prices on harddisk/DAT
combinations from Macintosh sources.  My problem is that I can't find out
from the dealers whether the wangDAT is supported(able) under SunOS.  If
anyone has any experience with using the DAT devices I'd appreciate your
insight.  I really don't want to pay the $1200 premium for an Exabyte
(4999 for a WrenVII and WangDAT vs. 6250 for the same WrenVII and an
Exabyte).
