I have a problem with the floppy drive on my SPARCstation 1+.  When I
attempt the format a floppy, I get the following error message:

fdioctl: FDKIOSCHAR unsupported transfer rate 0

A coworkers system works just fine.  About 3 hours of looking through
manuals has yeilded no positive results.  What is wrong here?  What do I
need to do to make this work?
