Is there a way in OpenWindows 2.0 to specify an alternate openwin-menu
file as is done in Sunview with the "rootmenu" file using the
DefaultsEditor?  The only tool similar to Defaults Editor is the
Properties window but it doesn't give the option of changing the menu.  We
have users who would like to have a personalized menu rather than the
standard one.
