I would like to draw thicher lines at the top and bottom of my table
but at the
same time keep intertable lines the same thickness.
Something like \Hline would do it. Now \hline is written by reference
to \hrule in latex.tex, but I can't find refernece to \hrule (TeX
macro??).

Can someone help?
