I am looking for the best Public Domain color --> gray scale
package that is on the market for the PC.  I deal with GIf, PCX,
and TIF formats exclusively, and need good quality gray-scaled
input for my DTP, Pagemaker.

Which one is the easiest to use?  maybe menu driven?  FTP somewhere?

Anyhelp would be most appreciated.
