The only way I know of doing this is to define a SYSTEM entity in my main document, say: and then include the entity reference, "&chap1;", where I want the chapter inserted. Is there another way? My problem with this method is that if I want to break up my chapters into sections and sections into sub-sections, I must define all of the appropriate system entities in my main document. Hence my main document must 'know' about all of the pieces that comprise it. I feel that I somewhat lose the modularity of my document by doing this. -- -- Internet: garyp@csg.UWaterloo.CA Bitnet: garyp@watcsg.BITNET Computer Systems Group, University of Waterloo, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada
