I currently use the EmTeX previewer in 800x600 x 16 colors on my ATI
VGA Wonder but I would like to use the 1024x768 mode...

I tried the 1024x768x 4 colors mode which has an addressing very similar
to EGA/VGA but it doesn't quite work because this mode uses 2 bits per
pixel with 2 pages for even pixels and the other two pages for the odd
pixels...  

It would be nice to modify the EmTeX previewer so it can handle this,
but unfortunately I don't have the source for EmTeX and I assume it's
not available.

If you have any solutions to my problem (maybe another previewer...)
please send mail, and I'll post a summary if I get any solution.
