I have a user with a need to generate some output using some turkish
characters.  By using what I know how to generate I have given him eight
of the twelve characters in which he was interested.  I am stumped by
the final four characters which are (basically) lower and upper case
``c'' and ``s'' with a small vertical bar through the lower portion
of the character.

Does anyone one there:
  (1) know what I'm talking about? ;-)
  (2) know how to generate these characters?
