Recently we have received our Exabyte drive, and I want to use the little marvel to make FS backups of 3 machines: - one with 300 MB has the drive connected to - two other (600MB and 1.2GB) are connected with TCP/IP How is the best way to do backups a) when the systems can *not* be shut down b) no file system must be unmounted How can I avoid data inconsistencies, when (r)dump work on active FSs?
