	We have emacs 18.52 running here at UVa on our RS/6000, but I cannot
seem to get ^S through to the program.  My stty says -ixon, and I can
change the start and stop characters, but I cannot get ^Q/^S through.

	Any suggestions? Will this be solved by compiling 18.55?
