I am using a "generic" serial port board in a 386/25 machine.  The board
does not have the 16550 installed (once I find out where to get them, I'll
order them).  I get around 1250 cps inbound and 1500-1700 cps outbound
T2500<->T2500.  I am using the stock Esix driver.
