a) A couple of weeks ago someone mentioned an FTP site for ESIX software,
	 could this someone please tell me its Internet address?
b) Where can I get the C sources for SLIP including FTP & TELNET? I intend to
	 connect my Mac to ESIX via SLIP, thus I need to port SLIP to the Mac.
