Has anyone been able to get into sosco at 1-408-425-3502 to get SLS/info.

I get a tic tic tic noise on the line, and the modem won't connect.

I tried 2 long distance carriers over several days.    Is there a better
way to get in?   (besides buying a trailblazer which I think I will do
soon anyway)
