Could someone please help?  I have two computers running 
SCO Xenix 386 Release 2.3.3 Version SysV.  Both machines
are set alike but I can not get the modems to talk.

Following are my setups on each machine.  I might add that
this setup works fine for communicating with uunet.

Please tell me if I have a bad modem or if I'm doing something
wrong.
