  Has anyone used the Sounder program from cica.cica.indiana.edu for
Windows 3.0. I followed the directions for using it and keep getting a brief
message that flashes on the screen too fast for me to read. I'm wondering if
maybe it's for an older version of Windows. The program is supposed to 
play a couple of digitized sounds (ie beam me up captain, 20th century fox).
