Message-ID: <3873@mindlink.UUCP> Date: 20 Nov 90 01:43:09 GMT Organization: MIND LINK! - British Columbia, Canada Lines: 15 I posted the details of a specific manipulation which causes Word for Windows to generate an unrecoverable application error on my computer (paging up on a blank page in page view after having narrowed the default margins of 1.25 inches to 1 inch). I asked if anyone could duplicate this behaviour. No-one has indicated to me that they can duplicate this failure, and several people have indicated that they cannot duplicate the failure. I presume then that the problem is related to a quirk in my computer or Windows setup and is not a general bug in Word for Windows. Thank you everyone for the responses. Had other people been able to reproducibly generate the problem, I would have reported the bug to Microsoft. Since just my machine misbehaves, and only when doing this strange manipulation, I will drop the subject. -- Bruce Dunn Vancouver, Canada a752@mindlink.UUCP
