Many X-applications need the xmkmf or imake in building them.

Is there any templates or config-files, which help me to build
such applications under openlook ?
If I compile the application by using the includes and libraries
of MIT X11R4, I get error messages like

Warning: Widget class VendorShell version mismatch (recompilation needed)
...

I've also found that some applications like that do not work correctly under
OpenLook.

(By OpenLook I mean the Sun's implementation OpenWindows 2.0.)
