I wouldn't presume. However the source for the OLIT (aka Xt+) toolkit is
available from USL (aka AT+T) for $1000, to anyone, just like Motif.
Actually it is a better deal as you seem to get update(s) free.

Sun really seem to have shot themselves in the foot on this one!.
