What I am looking for is something that will allow me to (repetatively) display a sequence of images captured by a TARGA board on an X terminal (the client running on a diskfull compute server). From my limited understanding of X, either a tool that will convert TARGA images into X bitmap files (or some other format that image groks) so that I may use 'image' to display them, or an X client that operates much like 'image' and understands .TGA format, is what I am seeking. These images will be displayed on servers based on both release 3 and release 4 (if it matters). Please email any responses. I will summarize if there is sufficient interest. --- Robbin W.
