i am hearing impaired and i need the address of pen pal headquarter so i 
can write to deaf asian to make new friends.  i learned a lot from my 
chinese woman who live next door...taught me how to cook chinese
food which is my favorite food.  i will plan to travel in china in a few 
years when i have enough money so i like to make friends through a letter
