I was wearing the bag on my calf and found this would drain well using gravity and a siphoning effect. However I have recently tried wearing it on my thigh with a view to wearing shorts now summer is nigh (I am in Aus). This variation requires closer attention to ensure good drainage. I find stimulating the bladder by tapping four times a day helps me mangage drainage. By stimulating the drainage at known times I avoid most problems and emptying the bag frequently also avoids odour problems. I would like to avoid wearing anything at night but can only manage approximately three consecutive nights in a row without having used the drainage. This is an interesting subject for me at present and I am keen to read other peoples ideas and experiences so keep the articles coming. Thanks. Cheers.. _______________________________________________________________________________ John. B. Miezitis.
