Do you mean an emotional/caring relationship which will lead to a 
satisfying sexual experience for both parties?  Or, are you 
referring to a good screwing?  The last can be had with a quick 
phone call.

The first one takes a great deal of time with the right person.  
It involves finding that significant other and then developing a 
trusting and loving attachment to one another.  Sometimes this 
takes years for the average able bodied person.

With the disabled it takes a little longer.  If you choose to 
seek only able bodied partners then it will take even longer.  If 
you only go out twice a week then it takes longer.  If your 
social life is limited then it will take longer.  To be success   
you must get out and interact.

You refer to some ladies thinking you are to dependent.  Well, 
there are some women who like that in their men.  There are all 
kinds of men and women in this world and each of us has our 
particular set of needs.  The trick is to find that other person 
who needs what you have to offer and is willing to give what you 
need.  In order to find this person you must socialize.
