Hi Marda and Doug,
    Artic 3.0 is now avaible, you should be receiving a letter from Artic
Technologies, telling about the new Artic, if you've gotten your version
of Artic Vision and business Vision in May of 90, you'll be entitled to
a free update, but if you got your version of Artic earlier than that, 
You'll have to pay a $65's, plus $10 for shipping and handling.
     This price is only avaible for registered users of Artic, but the 
normal saling price of Artic 3.0 will be $85.
   According to the brochure I received, the $75 price will only be 
avaible to registered users till after the first of the year.  In the 
letter is a certificate, which you fill out, and seperate, and keep the 
bottom half for your records; according to Artic, it'll take four to six
weeks for you to receive Artic 3.0.  Hope this helps somebody.
